Temperature at the Rip Ryder mooring was 53 degrees on Wednesday according to Capt. Keith. Some sunshine this week so things should be in order shortly. Please chime in if you have been fishing recently in the Chatham area. May stop in in spite of the rain on Saturday and do the March out to the Southway to scope out the newly formed environment at low tide. Who's fishing on Saturday? I could use the company!

Your gonna need some sluggos and and 3/8 jig head minimum on SAT with NE winds at 25-35 with gusts in 45-50 range. You might be able to use your flyrod to tie the wind sock up.
Right back at ya!!!!

Capt. Keith. Thanks for the heads up on the weather! All I'll have to do is hold up the fly rod and dangle a squid pattern in the wind and do a little dabbing. Won't even need to cast. If it gets REALLY nasty i'll be doing Chuggos (did you say Sluggos?) at the nearest watering hole. I don't have a salt water spinning rod at my disposal unless you want to lend me yours. I'd drop the fly rod for the fist time in years to get a chance to go fishing with the Captain!!!!!
