Can anyone help me ID this hook? It is similar to a TMC 205BL or a Mustad 37160 except the hookeye isn't in line with the hook point as in those two models. I'm looking for something in the #10 to #18 range.

Looks like a model known as the Old English Bait Hook.

As G. Ritchie said, it is a style of hook known as the "Old English Bait Hook". The Mustad 37160 and Tiempco 205BL are nothing more than this Old English Bait Hook style without the offset for fly tying and perform the same as the ones you got with the offset. The ones you have could have been made by Eagle Claw, Partridge, Sealy, Allcock, or VMC since all of them made the hooks. They were a very popular hook for worm or salmon egg fishing at one time.
If I was looking for the same type of hook for tying flies, I'd just buy the Mustad or Tiempco models of it since they are readily available. This style hook was very popular for caddis larvae and caddis pupae imitations back in the late '60's to the late '80's.
