: Marlboro Sat. diner?

As I remember it there is a pretty good steak house right next door. I will be staying up there Sat night and was wondering if anyone wanted to have a informal get together after the show over some beers. 2 years ago I remember we had a damn fine time. All we need is a place to meet up.

Shucks, ain't gonna make it. Gotta run down the cape in the am, then Rhody in the pm. Anyone going Sunday. I might try. Something to do rather than sitting around getting my gut in a twist while waiting for the game.

I'm doubtful for Saturday but may be able to swing by Sunday.

I'll miss the apres show coctails and yarns this year :frown:

It looks like I won't be able to attend. :( It's been very busy at work. As a result I'm way behind in my studies. Need to stay home and hit the books.

Weather looks like a bust - again (that's three years in a row I think  ).

I have to be in Boston Monday morning so will travel up on Sunday and will swing by the show if I'm not too late.

I'll be free for dinner if anyone else is about.

Adrian...I can not do dinner Sunday night...also Pats game is on I think.... please let me know when you will be back and we can meet for dinner...John

I am still hanging on some news on which night I can manage but will hook up one way or the other. If I can break free Sat, what time are people thinkin? Adrian, if I am not free till Sun PM I will give you a call.

I am no swami but FWIW my prediction: Pats stomp Pittsburgh. One team came away from the last game with self-doubt in a narrow escape, while the other came away with the blazing hearts of world champions. But on any given day...

I'll be around on Saturday, but after seeing the latest weather prediction, dinner ain't looking good.

LUnch might make more sense? If you see any of the folks in the thread above, mention lunch as an alternative. I will need to get home in case my daughter gets stuck in snow, the pipes don't thaw (frozen now), or we run out of wood, etc.
