: Redington Customer Service - waders

Just another happy customer.

Bought the breathable waders 3 years ago, after one very abusive season they started to leak - not a surprise. Replaced with the updated version no questions asked.

About a month ago, the 2nd pair developed a leak between the neoprene feet & the vinyl. They told me to do whatever I need to fix it and send them back when I got a chance.

Just received the new pair last night - an updated version. The turn around time was less than a week.

Very impressive. They will now be my first consideration for new gear.

Redington seems to be setting a high standard for customer service in the industry! Let's all walk over to their booth next show and let Murph know we appreciate it.

In fact we're lucky that the shops and manufacturers we deal with in FF are generally service-oriented. In that respect, the high prices are well worth it.

Roop, I want to concur with your comments on Redington products. I just received my fourth pair of waders, (three replacements). No questions asked and the response was immediate. The new generation wader appears to be a three-layer laminate that should increase longevity.

While on the subject of Redington products, I have also had excellent service on replacement parts for their reels. Replacement drag washers and updates to their AL series have been sent to me expeditiously by JB (John Brazelton).

Jim Murphy has built a winner on his product line(s), innovation and customer service. Wait til you see their 02 offerings.
