I don't recall reading any one book on both steelhead and salmon in the Northwest. They are very very different.

Steelhead -- Trey's bible
Salmon -- still to be written but Johnson, Trotter and Ferguson have the best to date

Fly Fishing for Pacific Salmon by Johnson, Ferguson and Trotter is currently being revised as we speak (or write).
