Hit the breachway this morning (late morning, early afternoon) to see if there was any action going on. Pretty slow, saw some birds working off in the distance and heard rumors of funny fish early on, but nothing else really showing. A guy had a bucket of p bunker he netted for bait, but i only saw a few schools go by. I did see the one they call Slinger on the East side of the breakwater I think... I thought it was going to be crashing surf and fish everywhere, but too my dismay the surf was light and the fish were gone. It was a beautiful day though, absolutely crystal clear and reaking of fall...

Glad to hear you got out after being stuck around home with your injury. Hope the ankle is getting better. Wish the fish happened to be around for you. Kind of tough to chase after them with a cast on. Maybe next time you'll find a blitz within casting range.
Nice to see your out and around abit now.

Nick you should have said Hi, I was there and then headed back to the West Wall. Mike Z was there too and Tim St. I did see afew FA`s caught at the tip but it was too crowded to get close. The Wall was quiet in the afternoon after being hot at dawn.
I'm actually out of cast and walking boot and back into sneakers. A little unsure of myself and not supposed to run on it yet, so I used my cheating sticks :chuckle: . Thanks for the wishes, hope to grab a FA before they head south again.
Just didn't have it in me to walk around otherwise I would have for sure. The wind was howling as well so I didn't think you would hear me shout!

Nick, glad to hear you're back in action. I was at Napatree yesterday (Sunday) and saw loads of bass but only hooked 2. Only a few brief sightings of albies, although I may have missed some because I was so busy watching the bass  .
