Juro has agreed to construct a web site for me and it will be called "Monomoy Flies". I will have all my stuff on it and after it is set up I look forward on being a paying sponsor here. He does great work so I am leaving it in his hands and look forward to the finished site.

John -

Sounds sappy but... I am honored that you will trust me to do this for you. A site is only as good as it's content and you will have reams of great fly tying information to publish into the site, I only provide the framework.

I'll do my best mayor!

thanks,
Juro

John,
From what I have seen of your flies at the shows the past 2 years....they are works of art! Best of luck with your new venture.

Congrats John!

Are you planning to sell flies, or will it be a central repository for all your stuff, letting you have full control, etc..?

Great, I need another place to spend money for fly fishing! ;)

I can't wait to see what it all looks like, and will of course be allocating large portions of my birthday and Christmas cash just in case!

I just checked with the Chatham Town Fathers-

The CAC is zoned 'residential'- about the only 'commercial' business allowed is "fence repair" or "house painting"! :D :p :hehe:

Content is king, John. Keep sharing as generously as you have here and the other boards, and if you (and Juro) build it, they will come. Good luck. And don't forget the spell check. ;)

John- VERY much looking forward to your site....I've got tying gear, but never had the "guidance" I needed to really bust into it. Teach me, oh wise one!

Shep... you will have to come to CAC and wear the fez. I suspect you are not far from Chatham and we can get together at my place and run though a bunch of things on tying.

John- I'd be honored. I might even be able to show up for that Friday night dinner for the Clave (May 14, right?), although I'm on-call that weekend and won't be able to join in the fishing until the following weekend. Just send me an address and times you're available in a PM, and we'll work out the details.
Thanks!
Shep:)
