To the members who donated flies and the people who entered the raffles a most sincere THANK YOU!

This year we made flyboxes and stripping basket cones gifts available to participants who bought multiple tickets. I think it was a good gesture and we should do something like this every year. We generated almost two months worth of operating costs in this effort, which really helps a lot. Along with our sponsors, we should be in good shape.

The winners were:

Amy Pasternak (we're replacing the glass!) - Hardtail Shadowbox

Stas Myleck #659276 - Dick Brown & Joe Branham shadow box

Frank Fegel (sp?) ticket #659019 - Joe Branham framed charlie

Tom Dunlap #659085 - Ray's Flies collection

Ray Stachelek # 659048 - bonefish collection

Mark Doogue #659192 - Charlie Lemieux flies

Frank Tarentino # 659341 - killer bonefish flies collection

Ray Jackson #659270 - hardtail sili-minnows

Bob B #659232 - freshwater collection (midges and buggers)

Mike Aldermann # 659238 - pike flies

Peter Bocelli # 659256 - herring and sand eels collection

We'll contact you about shipping arrangements... thanks again all!

Thanks for the raffle- the shadow box will find a nice home on my wall- and for sharing all the info on the flies you displayed there and a demo of th Spey rod. That one will definitely find its way on my shopping list.

Man, that is sweet!!

Thanks to all the members who put the time in to tie up flies and, most importantly, man the booth while the rest of us just breeze on through.

2004 has been earmarked my year to experiment with a vise, some hooks and whatever material I can get my hands on. I hope to contribute some creations for future raffles and swaps.

Maybe I'll start by trying to imitate the flies from Charlie's assortment.

As for shipping, I'll pick them up somewhere in the near future to save the Forum the added expense. I'm Downtown often so worst case scenario I can try and track Striblue down. Just let me get through St. Pats and I'll work on picking them up.

Thanks again.

Sorry about the typo, those little cards are a pain to write on! :)

Please email me at juro(a)flyfishingforum.com with mailing information or your work address in case I am swinging by the area and I can drop it off.

Next event is Trout University so if you're going to attend that I can hand carry.

After that the Spring Webmaster's Clave on Cape Cod in May (14-15 with 16th extra day).

CONGRATS!
