I don't know if this can really be considered fly tieing in the traditional seance, but it works. This is a popular fly on Kodiak during the late summer when the Rainbows and Dolly's are getting fat on Salmon Eggs. It can be tied as a single or a cluster, it's up to the fisherman. The fly is very durrable and matched the actual size and color of the eggs very well. This also eliminates the need to put any kind of weight on you leader, makes casting allot easier.

But I'll use what are called "seed beads." Come in every colour of the rainbow, easy to string (especially if you've still got 20-20 eye sight:whoa: ).

Anyway, ton of options.
