In April of this year I purchased a reel on ebay from flyfishingdeals.com;
The reel was unsatisfactory, i should have known, but after returning the reel the same day it was received, these idiots have yet to return my money. Just a heads-up and perhaps a note to these jerks that our sport and the industry is far to great for this kind of 'low hole' horse crap.
BEWARE.
Please pass this along and lets get the word out.

Thanks.

Be sure to leave proper negative feedback on the ebay site. It's the feedback system that protects other buyers from bad experiences. I know that I always check the sellers profile and I will not puchase from a seller with negative feedback. Anyway thanks for the heads up.

Unfortunately these two scammers know the deal and baited me into waiting for the 30 day window to pass for posting negative comments. Ebay, as you might imagine, has been NO help no-how.
(what kind of dumb-________ would buy a knock-off reel for a back-up Tarpon reel from some no-name on ebay; I may have felt more stupid but frankly....don't recall when.)

It ain't over yet....

I had difficulties with a guy on ebay, and I informed him that I was going to put up a web site outlining my complaints. I also told him that I was going to put the url for the said site in my feedback for all to read. Man, he couldn't settle quick enough.
