Way to go Striblue! The Haig Brown collectors were asleep at the switch I've seen used reprints in "Readers Copy" condition of Fishermans Winter go for $25 US. But that was in used book shops before EBAY. I don't recall seeing a first of that one ever. I have a first of Return to the River, signed by the author that I was offered $150 US over 15 years ago it doesn't even have a dust jacket but it is perfect other than that.
The rest of the books sound really interesting too. I always liked Taps Tips when I was growing up and reading sporting magazines at the magazine counter on my Paper Route. Did Tap write for Field and Stream or Outdoorlife?
Tomorrow is opening day of Rivers and streams here in Washington State, everybody I know is stoked and we have beautiful weather forcasted the next few days so excitement reigns supreme.

Moonlight, the truth of the matter is I was surfing the book site and as I pressed the refresh button the 11 books came up with a "Buy Now" option... which I pressed immediatly without looking at all the selections. So the $29.00 bid was really a "buy Now" situation.. I was at the right place at the right time I guess.
